Though the Stimulus Package is under the spotlight, another bail out for you is in the works on Capital Hill. It is called the Credit Card Fair Fee Act of 2008. The President has not sung the praises of this proposed legislation. It is basically a child of a Democrat from Michigan, though it has a degree of bipartisan support.
